2.1 Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy, Cookie, and Security Policies. You must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States to create an account. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2.2 Description of Services

MinMaxDoc provides educational content, investment simulators, and algorithmic robo‑suggestions. We do not execute trades nor act as your broker, dealer, or fiduciary. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2.3 Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. 2‑factor authentication is optional but strongly recommended.

2.4 Subscription Plans & Billing

Plans: Free, Plus, Pro, Ultimate. Details and current pricing appear on our Pricing page.

Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual, via Stripe. Fees auto‑renew until canceled.

Cancellation & Refunds: Cancel anytime in account settings; access continues until period end. All fees are non‑refundable.

2.5 User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Reverse‑engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
  • Use the Services for commercial advice without consent.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with security.
  • Block or interfere with our analytics or advertising systems.

2.6 Analytics & Advertising

We use Google Analytics to analyze site usage and Google AdSense to display advertisements. By using our Services, you consent to:

  • Collection of usage data through Google Analytics
  • Display of personalized advertisements (if you opt-in)
  • Use of cookies and similar technologies for these purposes

You can manage your preferences for analytics and advertising through our consent management tool.

2.7 No Professional Advice & Risk Disclosure

The Services do not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Simulations and projections are hypothetical and not guarantees of future performance. Investing in securities involves risk, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Services.

2.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinMaxDoc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or any loss arising from investment decisions. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) fees paid by you in the twelve months prior to the claim or (ii) $100.

2.9 Arbitration & Class‑Action Waiver

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules in New York County, New York. You waive any right to participate in class actions. Either party may seek preliminary injunctive relief in court.

2.10 Intellectual Property

All content and software are owned by MinMaxDoc or its licensors. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license for personal, non‑commercial use.

2.11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

2.12 Miscellaneous

Governing Law: New York, USA. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement clauses apply.

MinMaxDoc LLC ("MinMaxDoc," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit MinMaxDoc.com and use our applications, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services").

We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13, and persons under 18 may not use the Services.

  • Personalize your experience and remember your preferences.
  • Process payments for Plus, Pro, and Ultimate subscriptions via Stripe.
  • Communicate with you about account matters, updates, and marketing (you may opt out any time via the account tab).
  • Monitor and analyze usage with Google Analytics to improve our services.
  • Display and measure the effectiveness of ads through Google AdSense (with your consent).
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.

1.4 Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it:

  • With Service Providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform hosting, Stripe payments, email delivery partners) who process data on our behalf under contracts requiring confidentiality.
  • With Google Analytics and Google AdSense to analyze site usage and display relevant advertisements (with your consent).
  • With Affiliates for internal business purposes consistent with this Policy.
  • For Legal Reasons if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • In Business Transfers if we merge, acquire, or sell assets, in which case users will be notified.

1.5 Data Retention

We retain personal information while your account is active and for two (2) years after account deletion, after which we delete or anonymize it unless retention is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

1.6 Your Choices & Rights

  • Account Data: Review, correct, or delete via account settings.
  • Marketing Opt‑out: Toggle email preferences in the account tab or click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
  • Cookies & Analytics: Manage your preferences through our consent management tool.
  • Ad Personalization: Control your ad preferences in your account settings.
  • Do‑Not‑Track: Our Services currently do not respond to browser DNT signals.
  • California Residents: You may request access to or deletion of personal data (CCPA). Email support@minmaxdoc.com with subject "CCPA Request."

We use SSL/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and other safeguards; see our Security Policy.

1.8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date and, if significant, we will notify you by email.

Backups & DR: Encrypted backups are taken daily with a 30‑day retention and verified restore procedures.
