We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13, and persons under 18 may not use the Services.

- Personalize your experience and remember your preferences.
- Process payments for Plus, Pro, and Ultimate subscriptions via Stripe.
- Communicate with you about account matters, updates, and marketing (you may opt out any time via the account tab).
- Monitor and analyze usage with Google Analytics to improve our services.
- Display and measure the effectiveness of ads through Google AdSense (with your consent).
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.
1.4 Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it:
- With Service Providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform hosting, Stripe payments, email delivery partners) who process data on our behalf under contracts requiring confidentiality.
- With Google Analytics and Google AdSense to analyze site usage and display relevant advertisements (with your consent).
- With Affiliates for internal business purposes consistent with this Policy.
- For Legal Reasons if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- In Business Transfers if we merge, acquire, or sell assets, in which case users will be notified.
1.5 Data Retention
We retain personal information while your account is active and for two (2) years after account deletion, after which we delete or anonymize it unless retention is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

- Account Data: Review, correct, or delete via account settings.
- Marketing Opt‑out: Toggle email preferences in the account tab or click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Cookies & Analytics: Manage your preferences through our consent management tool.
- Ad Personalization: Control your ad preferences in your account settings.
- Do‑Not‑Track: Our Services currently do not respond to browser DNT signals.
